How should I wash embroidered or printed chef clothing?
Follow the garment care label and any additional care instructions supplied for its decoration. If your team uses commercial laundry or a particular wash programme, tell us before ordering so we can discuss a suitable garment and finish.
What file format do I need for my logo?
Send the best-quality version you have. AI, EPS, SVG or PDF artwork is useful; high-resolution PNG or JPG files can also be assessed. We will check whether your file is suitable for the chosen decoration method.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
Include your required quantity when requesting a quote. We will confirm any minimum quantity and setup charges for your chosen garments and design before you order.
Can I add individual names to chef jackets?
Yes. Send the names with the garment sizes and your preferred position. Check each spelling and its matching garment carefully when approving the order details.
Can you match my brand colours?
Send your brand colour references with your artwork. We will advise on available thread or print colours and discuss the closest suitable option. Screen previews may look different from the finished garment.
Can I reorder the same personalised uniforms?
Contact us with your previous order details and the garments and quantities required. We will confirm current availability, artwork requirements, pricing and any setup charges.
Can you decorate garments I already own?
Please contact us before sending any garments. We will confirm whether we can accept your items and assess their suitability for the decoration you need.
How long does a personalised order take?
Lead times depend on garment availability, quantities, artwork approval and the decoration required. Ask for an estimated timescale with your quote and tell us about any deadline before ordering.
